Delete a weather alert role

DELETE/weather-alert-roles/{id}weatherAlertRoles.delete

A canon role the emergency plan names for a weather level; people assigned it on the project are alerted. Soft-deletes the weather alert role: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
