End a standing partner grant

POST/partner-standing-grants/{id}/endpartnerStandingGrants.end
Ends a standing grant early (app.end_standing_grant): the client's Owner or the partner's staff with org.partner.manage. An ended grant answers 422. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
- Requiere la capacidad org.support_session.grant.
- Alcances de OAuth: org.
