List partner standing grant rows
GET/partner-standing-grants
A standing grant of the partner and client agreement (1354, Section 4.6.1): the client Owner lets the partner's staff read one area of the client org until an expiry within a year, citing the clause. Each issues an org-level record grant; either side may end it early. Partner staff never write through one. Returns a cursor page of partner standing grant rows the caller may see. The default order is `valid_from` descending, newest first. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Each issues an org-level record grant; either side may end it early. Partner staff never write through one. Returns one partner standing grant with its `ETag`. A partner standing grant the caller may not see returns 404.
Record a standing partner grant

The client Owner (org.support_session.grant) records a grant the partner and client agreement provides (app.record_standing_grant): one read capability a support session may grant, an expiry within a year and the clause. A scope outside those, an expiry past a year and an org without a partner answer 422. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
End a standing partner grant
POST/partner-standing-grants/{id}/end
Ends a standing grant early (app.end_standing_grant): the client's Owner or the partner's staff with org.partner.manage. An ended grant answers 422. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
