GET/support-ticket-messages

One message on a support request (0643), oldest first. Append-only; posted with the reply action. Returns a cursor page of support ticket message rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

One message on a support request (0643), oldest first. Append-only; posted with the reply action. Returns one support ticket message with its `ETag`. A support ticket message the caller may not see returns 404.
