Get a sponsor entitlement

GET/sponsor-entitlements/{id}sponsorEntitlements.get
A sponsor entitlement with fulfillment tracking. Returns one sponsor entitlement with its `ETag`. A sponsor entitlement the caller may not see returns 404.
