Get a SOP acknowledgment

GET/sop-acknowledgments/{id}sopAcknowledgments.get
A person's acknowledgment of an SOP version. Returns one SOP acknowledgment with its `ETag`. A SOP acknowledgment the caller may not see returns 404.
