Get a saved view default

GET/saved-view-defaults/{id}savedViewDefaults.get
The saved view the caller opens by default on a page (0641): one per member and collection. Creating one replaces the earlier default of the page (app.set_saved_view_default). Returns one saved view default with its `ETag`. A saved view default the caller may not see returns 404.
