List help desk team rows
GET/help-desk-teams
An internal team that answers help desk requests, with its first response target. Returns a cursor page of help desk team rows the caller may see. The default order is `name` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a help desk team
POST/help-desk-teams
An internal team that answers help desk requests, with its first response target. Creates a help desk team. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a help desk team
GET/help-desk-teams/{id}
An internal team that answers help desk requests, with its first response target. Returns one help desk team with its `ETag`. A help desk team the caller may not see returns 404.
Update a help desk team
PATCH/help-desk-teams/{id}
An internal team that answers help desk requests, with its first response target. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.
Archive a team
POST/help-desk-teams/{id}/archive
The team stops taking requests. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
