Get a tip dismissal
Platform module
GET/tip-dismissals/{id}tipDismissals.get
A contextual tip the caller dismissed (0642). Deleting it shows the tip again; a reset dismissal is never revived. Returns one tip dismissal with its `ETag`. A tip dismissal the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability me.preferences.write.
- OAuth scopes: me.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
