List tip dismissal rows

GET/tip-dismissals

A contextual tip the caller dismissed (0642). Deleting it shows the tip again; a reset dismissal is never revived. Returns a cursor page of tip dismissal rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Create a tip dismissal

POST/tip-dismissals

A contextual tip the caller dismissed (0642). Deleting it shows the tip again; a reset dismissal is never revived. Creates a tip dismissal. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

Get a tip dismissal

GET/tip-dismissals/{id}

A contextual tip the caller dismissed (0642). Deleting it shows the tip again; a reset dismissal is never revived. Returns one tip dismissal with its `ETag`. A tip dismissal the caller may not see returns 404.

Delete a tip dismissal

DELETE/tip-dismissals/{id}

A contextual tip the caller dismissed (0642). Deleting it shows the tip again; a reset dismissal is never revived. Soft-deletes the tip dismissal: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
