Get a RFQ
Procurement module
GET/rfqs/{id}rfqs.get
A request for quotation. Responses stay sealed until the deadline. Returns one RFQ with its `ETag`. A RFQ the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability procurement.rfq.read.
- OAuth scopes: procurement.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
