Get a pool member
Opportunities module
GET/pool-members/{id}poolMembers.get
A pool member. Do Not Engage needs a reason and a review date and is never visible externally. Returns one pool member with its `ETag`. A pool member the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability opportunities.engagement.read.
- OAuth scopes: opportunities.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
