GET/pool-members
A pool member. Do Not Engage needs a reason and a review date and is never visible externally. Returns a cursor page of pool member rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a pool member

A pool member. Do Not Engage needs a reason and a review date and is never visible externally. Creates a pool member. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a pool member

A pool member. Do Not Engage needs a reason and a review date and is never visible externally. Returns one pool member with its `ETag`. A pool member the caller may not see returns 404.
Update a pool member
PATCH/pool-members/{id}
A pool member. Do Not Engage needs a reason and a review date and is never visible externally. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.
Delete a pool member
DELETE/pool-members/{id}
A pool member. Do Not Engage needs a reason and a review date and is never visible externally. Soft-deletes the pool member: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
