Get a PO change order
Procurement module
GET/po-change-orders/{id}poChangeOrders.get
A change to an issued purchase order. Returns one PO change order with its `ETag`. A PO change order the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability procurement.po.read.
- OAuth scopes: procurement.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.

| amount_delta_minor | integer (int64) | null | Yes | Change amount; null when unpriced. Integer minor units of the resource currency; null means unpriced, never zero. |
