Create an earned media item

POST/earned-media-itemsearnedMediaItems.create
A piece of earned media coverage of a project (gate 8, G8.MEASUREMENT_REPORTED), sourced, dated and linked. The earned media figures of the measurement summary are computed from these rows. A reach the source does not report is null (Unmeasured); a tone is null until rated. Creates an earned media item. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
- Requires the capability projects.gate.evidence.write.
- OAuth scopes: projects.
- Send an Idempotency-Key header. A replay with the same key returns the original response.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 409, 422, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
