Get a capability document
Places module
GET/capability-documents/{id}capabilityDocuments.get
A venue capability document with a validity window. A frozen document cannot change. Returns one capability document with its `ETag`. A capability document the caller may not see returns 404.
- Requires the capability places.venue.read.
- OAuth scopes: places.
- Error statuses: 400, 401, 404, 429. Errors are RFC 9457 problem details.
