List webhook delivery rows
GET/webhook-deliveries
A webhook delivery attempt, replayable from Atlas. Returns a cursor page of webhook delivery rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Get a webhook delivery
GET/webhook-deliveries/{id}
A webhook delivery attempt, replayable from Atlas. Returns one webhook delivery with its `ETag`. A webhook delivery the caller may not see returns 404.
Replay a webhook delivery
POST/webhook-deliveries/{id}/replay
Sends the delivery again with a fresh signature. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
