List weather reading rows
GET/weather-readings
A weather reading on site, in the hazard's unit. Returns a cursor page of weather reading rows the caller may see. The default order is `observed_at` descending, newest first. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a weather reading
POST/weather-readings
A weather reading on site, in the hazard's unit. Creates a weather reading. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a weather reading
GET/weather-readings/{id}
A weather reading on site, in the hazard's unit. Returns one weather reading with its `ETag`. A weather reading the caller may not see returns 404.
