List training assignment rows
GET/training-assignments
A course assigned to a member with a due date. Deleting withdraws it. Returns a cursor page of training assignment rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Get a training assignment
GET/training-assignments/{id}
A course assigned to a member with a due date. Deleting withdraws it. Returns one training assignment with its `ETag`. A training assignment the caller may not see returns 404.
Delete a training assignment
DELETE/training-assignments/{id}
A course assigned to a member with a due date. Deleting withdraws it. Soft-deletes the training assignment: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
