An append-only audit row for a time entry change. Returns a cursor page of time entry audit rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

An append-only audit row for a time entry change. Returns one time entry audit with its `ETag`. A time entry audit the caller may not see returns 404.
