List team member rows
GET/team-members
A member of a team. Returns a cursor page of team member rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a team member
POST/team-members
A member of a team. Creates a team member. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a team member
GET/team-members/{id}
A member of a team. Returns one team member with its `ETag`. A team member the caller may not see returns 404.
Delete a team member
DELETE/team-members/{id}
A member of a team. Soft-deletes the team member: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
