List tax form rows

A tax form. Restricted and encrypted; only the last four digits of the identifier are ever displayed. Returns a cursor page of tax form rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

A tax form. Restricted and encrypted; only the last four digits of the identifier are ever displayed. Creates a tax form. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a tax form
GET/tax-forms/{id}
A tax form. Restricted and encrypted; only the last four digits of the identifier are ever displayed. Returns one tax form with its `ETag`. A tax form the caller may not see returns 404.
