List service account rows

GET/service-accounts

A non-human member with its own audit identity. Returns a cursor page of service account rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Create a service account

POST/service-accounts

A non-human member with its own audit identity. Creates a service account. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

Get a service account

GET/service-accounts/{id}

A non-human member with its own audit identity. Returns one service account with its `ETag`. A service account the caller may not see returns 404.

Update a service account

PATCH/service-accounts/{id}

A non-human member with its own audit identity. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.

Delete a service account

DELETE/service-accounts/{id}

A non-human member with its own audit identity. Soft-deletes the service account: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
