List role capability rows
GET/role-capabilities
A capability granted to a role. Returns a cursor page of role capability rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a role capability
POST/role-capabilities
A capability granted to a role. Creates a role capability. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a role capability
GET/role-capabilities/{id}
A capability granted to a role. Returns one role capability with its `ETag`. A role capability the caller may not see returns 404.
Delete a role capability
DELETE/role-capabilities/{id}
A capability granted to a role. Soft-deletes the role capability: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
