List report delivery rows

GET/report-deliveries

One email of a scheduled report to one recipient: the run made as that member for the slot, and whether the email went out. Written only by the scheduler and the delivery worker. Returns a cursor page of report delivery rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

GET/report-deliveries/{id}

One email of a scheduled report to one recipient: the run made as that member for the slot, and whether the email went out. Written only by the scheduler and the delivery worker. Returns one report delivery with its `ETag`. A report delivery the caller may not see returns 404.
