List rate card line rows
GET/rate-card-lines
A rate card line by role. Returns a cursor page of rate card line rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a rate card line
POST/rate-card-lines
A rate card line by role. Creates a rate card line. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a rate card line
GET/rate-card-lines/{id}
A rate card line by role. Returns one rate card line with its `ETag`. A rate card line the caller may not see returns 404.
Update a rate card line
PATCH/rate-card-lines/{id}
A rate card line by role. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.
Delete a rate card line
DELETE/rate-card-lines/{id}
A rate card line by role. Soft-deletes the rate card line: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
