List project measurement rows
GET/project-measurements
A figure measured on a project (Section 4.10) for one metric, day and source. A null value records that the figure was not measured (Unmeasured), never zero. Correcting the value, unit or day needs correction_reason and writes the change to the correction ledger. Who recorded it and when are created_by and created_at. Returns a cursor page of project measurement rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a project measurement

Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

Returns one project measurement with its `ETag`. A project measurement the caller may not see returns 404.
Update a project measurement

Correcting the value, unit or day needs correction_reason and writes the change to the correction ledger. Who recorded it and when are created_by and created_at. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.
Delete a project measurement

Correcting the value, unit or day needs correction_reason and writes the change to the correction ledger. Who recorded it and when are created_by and created_at. Soft-deletes the project measurement: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
