List person profile rows
GET/person-profiles
A person's profile page, owned by the person. New profiles start Private. Returns a cursor page of person profile rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a person profile
POST/person-profiles
A person's profile page, owned by the person. New profiles start Private. Creates a person profile. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a person profile
GET/person-profiles/{id}
A person's profile page, owned by the person. New profiles start Private. Returns one person profile with its `ETag`. A person profile the caller may not see returns 404.
Update a person profile
PATCH/person-profiles/{id}
A person's profile page, owned by the person. New profiles start Private. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.
