GET/offboarding-checklists
The checklist that reassigns a departing member's open records. Returns a cursor page of offboarding checklist rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

The checklist that reassigns a departing member's open records. Returns one offboarding checklist with its `ETag`. A offboarding checklist the caller may not see returns 404.
Update an offboarding checklist
PATCH/offboarding-checklists/{id}
The checklist that reassigns a departing member's open records. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.
