List membership role rows

GET/membership-roles

A role held through a membership. A person may hold several; capabilities are the union. A person cannot grant themselves a role. Returns a cursor page of membership role rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Create a membership role

POST/membership-roles

A role held through a membership. A person may hold several; capabilities are the union. A person cannot grant themselves a role. Creates a membership role. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

Get a membership role

GET/membership-roles/{id}

A role held through a membership. A person may hold several; capabilities are the union. A person cannot grant themselves a role. Returns one membership role with its `ETag`. A membership role the caller may not see returns 404.

Delete a membership role

DELETE/membership-roles/{id}

A role held through a membership. A person may hold several; capabilities are the union. A person cannot grant themselves a role. Soft-deletes the membership role: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
