List medical encounter rows
GET/medical-encounters
A medical encounter. Notes are Restricted, encrypted and never sent to a model. Returns a cursor page of medical encounter rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a medical encounter
POST/medical-encounters
A medical encounter. Notes are Restricted, encrypted and never sent to a model. Creates a medical encounter. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a medical encounter
GET/medical-encounters/{id}
A medical encounter. Notes are Restricted, encrypted and never sent to a model. Returns one medical encounter with its `ETag`. A medical encounter the caller may not see returns 404.
Update a medical encounter
PATCH/medical-encounters/{id}
A medical encounter. Notes are Restricted, encrypted and never sent to a model. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.
