List crisis alert rows
GET/crisis-alerts
A crisis alert broadcast to a project. Returns a cursor page of crisis alert rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a crisis alert
POST/crisis-alerts
A crisis alert broadcast to a project. Creates a crisis alert. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a crisis alert
GET/crisis-alerts/{id}
A crisis alert broadcast to a project. Returns one crisis alert with its `ETag`. A crisis alert the caller may not see returns 404.
Clear a crisis alert
POST/crisis-alerts/{id}/clear
Clears the alert and notifies the project. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
