A draw from a contingency line onto another budget line. Returns a cursor page of contingency draw rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

A draw from a contingency line onto another budget line. Creates a contingency draw. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

A draw from a contingency line onto another budget line. Returns one contingency draw with its `ETag`. A contingency draw the caller may not see returns 404.
