List consent record rows
GET/consent-records
A consent given or withdrawn. Returns a cursor page of consent record rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.
Create a consent record
POST/consent-records
A consent given or withdrawn. Creates a consent record. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.
Get a consent record
GET/consent-records/{id}
A consent given or withdrawn. Returns one consent record with its `ETag`. A consent record the caller may not see returns 404.
