List canon unit dimension rows

GET/canon/unit-dimensions

A controlled unit and the dimension it measures. Returns a cursor page of canon unit dimension rows the caller may see. The default order is `dimension_code` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon unit dimension

GET/canon/unit-dimensions/{dimension_code}

A controlled unit and the dimension it measures. Returns one canon unit dimension with its `ETag`. A canon unit dimension the caller may not see returns 404.
