List std verbiage rows

GET/canon/std/verbiage

A controlled vocabulary term. Standard Library row, copied into each new org as editable org data. Returns a cursor page of std verbiage rows the caller may see. The default order is `record_id` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a std verbiage

GET/canon/std/verbiage/{record_id}

A controlled vocabulary term. Standard Library row, copied into each new org as editable org data. Returns one std verbiage with its `ETag`. A std verbiage the caller may not see returns 404.
