List std role rows

GET/canon/std/roles

A Roles Library entry. Standard Library row, copied into each new org as editable org data. Returns a cursor page of std role rows the caller may see. The default order is `role_code` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a std role

GET/canon/std/roles/{role_code}

A Roles Library entry. Standard Library row, copied into each new org as editable org data. Returns one std role with its `ETag`. A std role the caller may not see returns 404.
