List canon region rows

GET/canon/regions

A cost region. Only ratified multipliers answer; others refuse. Returns a cursor page of canon region rows the caller may see. The default order is `region_code` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon region

GET/canon/regions/{region_code}

A cost region. Only ratified multipliers answer; others refuse. Returns one canon region with its `ETag`. A canon region the caller may not see returns 404.
