List canon record subtype rows

GET/canon/record-subtypes

A kind-scoped record subtype. Returns a cursor page of canon record subtype rows the caller may see. The default order is `record_subtype` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon record subtype

GET/canon/record-subtypes/{record_subtype}

A kind-scoped record subtype. Returns one canon record subtype with its `ETag`. A canon record subtype the caller may not see returns 404.
