List canon record kind rows

GET/canon/record-kinds

A record kind with its class, definition of done and title grammar. Returns a cursor page of canon record kind rows the caller may see. The default order is `record_kind` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon record kind

GET/canon/record-kinds/{record_kind}

A record kind with its class, definition of done and title grammar. Returns one canon record kind with its `ETag`. A canon record kind the caller may not see returns 404.
