List canon phase rows

GET/canon/phases

A gated phase. Nine phases with fixed, append-only ordinals. Returns a cursor page of canon phase rows the caller may see. Coded list: the default order is numeric code order by `gate`. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon phase

GET/canon/phases/{phase_code}

A gated phase. Nine phases with fixed, append-only ordinals. Returns one canon phase with its `ETag`. A canon phase the caller may not see returns 404.
