List canon identifier class rows

GET/canon/identifier-classes

Identifier grammar: identifier, code or token (Section 3.6). Returns a cursor page of canon identifier class rows the caller may see. The default order is `class` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon identifier class

GET/canon/identifier-classes/{class}

Identifier grammar: identifier, code or token (Section 3.6). Returns one canon identifier class with its `ETag`. A canon identifier class the caller may not see returns 404.
