List canon counterparty type rows

GET/canon/counterparty-types

A vendor counterparty type. Returns a cursor page of canon counterparty type rows the caller may see. The default order is `counterparty_type` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get a canon counterparty type

GET/canon/counterparty-types/{counterparty_type}

A vendor counterparty type. Returns one canon counterparty type with its `ETag`. A canon counterparty type the caller may not see returns 404.
