List AI settings rows

GET/ai-settings

AI feature switches. Every feature is off until an Admin turns it on. Returns a cursor page of AI settings rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Get an AI settings

GET/ai-settings/{id}

AI feature switches. Every feature is off until an Admin turns it on. Returns one AI settings with its `ETag`. A AI settings the caller may not see returns 404.

Update an AI settings

PATCH/ai-settings/{id}

AI feature switches. Every feature is off until an Admin turns it on. Updates the fields sent; omitted fields are unchanged. Requires `If-Match` with the current `ETag`: a stale tag returns 412 and a missing tag returns 428.

Save the AI feature switches

POST/ai-settings/save

Creates or updates the caller's org switches in one call (org.ai.write). Turning a feature on while the plan lacks aurora_ai is a 422 refusal, aurora_not_in_plan. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
