List account membership rows

GET/account-memberships

A person in an external organization's account. Returns a cursor page of account membership rows the caller may see. The default order is `created_at` ascending. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Create an account membership

POST/account-memberships

A person in an external organization's account. Creates an account membership. Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. The organization is derived from the credential or the parent row, never from the body.

Get an account membership

GET/account-memberships/{id}

A person in an external organization's account. Returns one account membership with its `ETag`. A account membership the caller may not see returns 404.

Delete an account membership

DELETE/account-memberships/{id}

A person in an external organization's account. Soft-deletes the account membership: it moves to Trash and can be restored for its table's retention period.
