Tax forms a payee gives an org (W-9, W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E; Section 14.9). The tax identifier is Restricted: stored encrypted with pgcrypto under a Vault key, never selectable by signed-in callers, and only its last four characters are ever displayed. The payee always reads their own forms (Section 8.7).
