Self-declared supplier diversity certifications (Section 4.4.1) of a person or an external account, used only where an org runs a supplier diversity program and shared one org at a time under separate consent (app.supplier_diversity_shares). Only the owner reads and writes them: the person, or the account's Owner and Admin members.
