TablaSeguridad a nivel de fila activa
A private sandbox org (Section 11.7, A65-022): one per person, filled from the sandbox template, never billed, sending no email or SMS and open to nobody else. It is purged with all its rows once expires_at passes. Written only by app.open_my_sandbox and the purge.
