TablaSeguridad a nivel de fila activa
Certifications on a person's profile, kept by the person across orgs (Section 4.8.2, ADR 0019 carry-over). One carried from an org's verified holder record shows that org's verification badge; a self-entered one shows unverified until an org verifies it.
