List wholesale statement rows
GET/wholesale-statements
What the platform bills a partner for one month (1060): each client org at its plan's list price less the wholesale discount. Totals cover priced lines; unpriced lines are counted, never zero. Append-only. Returns a cursor page of wholesale statement rows the caller may see. The default order is `period_start` descending, newest first. Supports sparse fieldsets and the filter grammar.

Append-only. Returns one wholesale statement with its `ETag`. A wholesale statement the caller may not see returns 404.
Run wholesale billing for a month
POST/wholesale-statements/run
Records the partner's statement for a month (app.run_wholesale_billing, org.billing.manage): every client org at its plan's list price less the agreed discount. A month is billed once (wholesale_statement_exists: 422); a partner without an agreement refuses (partner_agreement_missing: 422). Requires `Idempotency-Key`; a replay returns the original response. A rule that refuses the request returns 422 with `refusal` and `reason`.
